Role Overview

As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) at Discover My World, you lead our Preschool program, crafting rich, play-based learning experiences that foster confidence, social connection and school readiness. You will empower children to question, collaborate, and discover at their own pace.

How You Contribute to Children & Families

Designing and implementing a holistic, child-led preschool curriculum aligned with the EYLF

Documenting children's developmental milestones and learning journeys via Kinderloop

Preparing children socially, emotionally, and cognitively for school transition

Mentoring room educators and partnering with families on individual learning goals

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current NESA teacher accreditation (for NSW) and Working With Children Check

Passionate belief in child-led, inquiry-based learning through play

Strong reflective practice and collaborative spirit
