Role Overview

Our Qualified Educators (Certificate III and Diploma qualified) work closely with room teams to provide nurturing care and engaging learning environments. From infants to toddlers and preschool, you'll build genuine bonds with children and support their daily routines with joy and care.

How You Contribute to Children & Families

Creating engaging, safe and supportive learning environments for your age group

Fostering secure attachments and supporting daily routines (sleep, mealtime, play)

Observing, documenting and sharing children's learning moments with parents

Collaborating warmly with team members and contributing to room planning

What We Are Looking For

ACEQCA-approved Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certificates

Genuine warmth, patience, and dedication to early childhood wellbeing

Strong teamwork and positive communication skills
