Role Overview

Ready to start a rewarding career in early childhood education? Our Traineeship program offers paid full-time or part-time employment combined with structured study toward your Certificate III or Diploma qualification. You will be supported every step of the way by experienced mentors.

How You Contribute to Children & Families

Gaining hands-on experience in early childhood care and play-based learning

Assisting qualified educators with daily room setup, supervision and routines

Completing accredited course units during dedicated, paid study time

Building relationships with children, families and supportive colleagues

What We Are Looking For

Enthusiasm, passion for working with young children and a strong work ethic

Commitment to completing a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to apply)
