Assistant Director
Quality & Day-to-Day Operations
Next in charge, our Assistant Director oversees day-to-day management alongside our Director. Key responsibilities include Quality Improvement Planning, compliance, and professional development of our team. Bringing a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion for early years education and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), this role ensures our values and philosophy are upheld while maintaining a high-performing culture of passionate educators.

Service Coordinators
Enrolments, Policy & Family Engagement
Our Service Coordinators are instrumental in all things organizing and enabling! They support enrolment planning and events, oversee policy and procedure implementation, and ensure our educator team has everything needed to efficiently plan, program, and document for children. They are also the first point of contact for families or anyone engaging with our service.

Educational Leaders
Curriculum, Mentorship & Room Standards
Our Educational Leaders oversee our program across all rooms to ensure we meet every child's individual needs, create inclusive learning environments, and consistently deliver high educational standards. They bring years of experience, are mothers themselves, and are passionate about the educational practices that underpin daily routines. A key part of their role is coaching and mentoring our educator team and remaining accessible to families.

Daily Care, Learning & Strong Relationships
Working collaboratively in each classroom, our Lead Educators and Educator team ensure the best possible outcomes for each child. They know the intimate details of your child's care routines, what comforts them, what inspires their learning, and how they make friends. We encourage daily collaboration with parents, respecting families as primary caregivers.
