ADMINISTRATION Officer
As part of our Administrative Team, your role will be to support and enable our Leadership and Educator Team by performing a range of duties and administrative tasks to ensure the seamless running of the service. This key role within our service will require you to have strong communication skills, to be approachable and passionate about early education. Maintaining meaningful interactions with families through open, constructive, continuous communication, service tours and timely responses to family enquiries are essential to your role. Your ability to manage your time, multitask, plan and prioritise tasks as well as effectively solve problems will guarantee your success in this role. In addition, you will be required to receive deliveries, manage our maintenance log and service orders, answer and direct calls and keep our online family platform up to date with essential notifications and communications, as well as oversee the security of our service by monitoring entrances and exits. This dynamic role will also require you to manage administration records and databases and enter data into various systems used at the service. Your positive attitude, desire to learn and collaboration with our team will promote the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our care.
