Early childhood teachers

As a valued member of our community, you will play a key role in driving the educational program ensuring it is effective in catering to the needs, abilities and interests of all children within our service. Your key responsibility will be to ensure our program and planning cycle are effectively implemented to enhance the engagement and learning of the children. This will be achieved through opportunities to work collaboratively with our leaders and educators, reflect critically on all aspects of your practise, mentor your fellow educators, implement projects, build environments, and monitor children’s goals and milestones. Another significant part of your role is to build strong relationships and ensure the highest quality of communication with parents and our wider community, as well as contribute to and promote our culture of professional inquiry.
